Jen and Mikey are the kind of couple who after spending time with, you walk away thinking, "They are perfect for each other!" They met during U.S. Naval Test Pilot School, she an engineer, he a U.S. Marine Corps pilot. They fell in love after discovering a shared appreciation for all-things outdoors, especially the mountains. For their engagement, Mikey proposed to Jen at 14,294 feet atop Crestone Peak in Colorado. If there's one thing I learned about this couple, it's that they go big or go home. So when they asked me to photograph their wedding, the answer was obvious: yes! Their wedding was a perfect reflection of the very things that brought them together. They got married at the Black Mountain Lodge at Arapahoe Basin, Co., at 11,550 feet, where not only do you walk down the aisle, you also ride a chairlift. Before that though, we started at Loveland Pass for a most magical first look. See for yourself...
